Judges and Officers

16:18. You will appoint Judges and officers for yourself in all your gates which the LORD* your God gives you throughout your tribes, and they will judge the people with just judgment. 19. You will not twist judgment. You will not respect persons or take a gift, for a gift blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous. 20.
